1. By using the Red Dots Rewards Program, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions.


2. To access the Red Dots Reward program a member must sign up to be a Partner through the Red Dot website partner portal


3. The program is targeted to all customers in the Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.


4. To earn or redeem points or benefits under the Red Dots Reward program you must sign up to be a partner through the red dot website Partner portal


5. Points are accumulated on your account at varying levels allowing access to unlock more rewards


6. The Red Dots points can be redeemed and used to fund a purchase but may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount or promotion.


7. Points expire at the end of the financial year.


8. 30 days' notice will be provided to partner who decide to terminate the program at any stage. Members will be notified via email and on our website www.reddotdistribution.com. From the date of such notice until the termination of the program partners may redeem but not accrue points.


9. Red Dot Distribution may make changes at any time without prior notice to Partners to the Terms and Conditions and the reward schedule. Red Dot Distribution will attempt to notify partners of any changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.


10. Red Dot Distribution may collect information about members including information contained in the application form which will be held in the Partner database.
